If there was one book that I could save it would be the bible, because I just would. The bible foretells the future anyway; everything you need to know you can find it in the bible. It is also one of the most widely printed, read, and influential books in the western world. It also teaches the basics from the Ten Commandments good morals. It’s one of the books that I read on a daily basis.
